One of the key principles of manual osteopathic therapy is treating the body as a whole, recognizing that dysfunction in one area can impact other areas of the body. By taking this holistic approach, the aim is to not only relieve symptoms but also address the root cause. Assessments and treatments are administered through gentle hands-on techniques to help the body release any unnecessary tension. Manual Osteopathic’s approach includes Cranial Therapy, Myofascial Remodeling, Osteoarticulations, and Visceral Manipulation.
Whether recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, experiencing digestive issues, or seeking to optimize overall health and well-being, Manual Osteopathic therapy can offer effective and long-lasting results. Working with a Manual Osteopathic Therapist offers an exciting opportunity to increase body awareness and enhance one's ability to listen to their body, recognizing the multitude of factors that contribute to overall health.
Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Acupuncture originates from ancient Chinese medical beliefs and is a holistic method of healing. It focuses on restoring equilibrium and harmony in the body's Qi energy system. Through the insertion of fine needles into precise points on the body, TCM Acupuncture seeks to activate the body's innate healing mechanisms. Treatment approaches may follow a purely traditional TCM method or incorporate elements of musculoskeletal acupuncture for potential benefits.
Acupuncture uses precise needle placement techniques informed by a thorough comprehension of human anatomy and physiology to address numerous musculoskeletal and non-musculoskeletal ailments. These strategically placed needles can boost blood flow to injured regions and tense muscles, expediting recovery by supplying nutrients and eliminating waste substances from the tissue. Additionally, acupuncture can alleviate pain perception and diminish tissue inflammation.

Cosmetic Acupuncture - White Lotus Method
